Change is hard and exciting too. I realized I needed to make a few changes to the site and onboard a new product to meet the needs of the lovely people I come in contact with through Blush & Bashful Body Co. It can be exciting and just a bit scary. All new things are. Take the past year. It's been exciting, challenging and hard. The past year has caused us all to rethink life, our fellow man, and how we live on a day to day basis. It's caused us to slow down a bit. Maybe do a bit more self care. I don't know about you all, but life gets busy, so taking a moment to sip a cup of tea and appreciate my surroundings or just take a walk and breathe have become essential.
I hope we are all taking time to make changes and make self care a necessary part of our weekly lives!
