Q:  How do I contact you with questions?

Q:  What's in your body balm because I'm allergic to certain oils?

Our products are made with shea butter, coconut oil, grape seed oil, apricot oil, avocado oil, black castor oil and vitamin E.  We can customize a blend if you are allergic to one of our carrier oils. Just Contact Us!  

Q:  Will the body butter help with eczema and/or psoriasis?

We will never give a promise that the products will cure you of a specific ailment since everyone's skin is so different, however there have been a lot of positive results with eczema and psoriasis with this product. 
We have several long term customers who have had great success using our products for themselves and their toddlers.


Q:  Does Blush & Bashful Body Co offer different sizes?

As a matter of fact we do.  We consider those custom orders and would be more than happy to produce custom product for a larger order.  For example, swag bags, bridal and baby showers, etc.  Feel free to contact us at info@blushandbashfulbody.com with any inquiries.  Directly sold on our website are the 2oz, 6oz and 16oz jars.


Q:  How do I care for my products?

PLEASE STORE YOUR BODY BUTTER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE!
It will liquefy if it’s kept in the heat. It is made from yummy butters and oils after all……  

  
All products are hand crafted, whipped, and hand jarred!!!  We craft your body butter and body scrubs to order!!
 
If your butter has any tiny lumps…don’t worry. Think of them as little specks of buttery goodness!
 
Stir your Glow Up! before use as oil tend to settle to the bottom of the jar.  Keep sealed in between uses.

The Shimmering Body Oil can be kept at room temperature!

PLEASE NOTE: During the summer season and extremely warm weather (80 degrees and above), we STRONGLY advise you to have your products shipped to an indoor location, as leaving the packages in the heat will alter the product.  We cannot guarantee that melting will not occur and refunds will not be given due to shipping delays or melting.   We will however try to work with you if this happens.   Please contact us at info@blushandbashfulbody.com

Q:  HELP!!!!! My body butter softened due to hot weather.

We try to avoid this, but sometimes God just sends the HEAT!  If your body butter melts or softens during transit, place it in the fridge for an hour.  Your body butter will turn into a body balm.    

It is still completely useable, but the whipped consistency will be lost unfortunately.

Q:  Will you add more scents to your line?

We have a permanent collection of scents but do offer seasonal scents.  Please sign up to get updates as we add exciting news.   Also, like and follow us on Facebook  and Instagram as well. You'll stay current on what's new!


Q:  What is your return policy?

Honestly, we think you'll love our products, however if something goes wrong we are always available to assist you!  Just Contact Us!

Returns & exchanges

Due to the personal nature of skin care products and hygiene laws, we do not accept returns or make exchanges of shipped products. All of our products are freshly handmade to order just for you.  We ask that you please select your products carefully. All sales must be final.  


If an item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@blushandbashfulbody.com.  Pictures help us determine the exact issue. We will send a corrected product or process a refund depending on the circumstance.


If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled.  If you need to cancel, it must be requested within 24 hours of purchase as our products are custom made!

If you have skin sensitivities and/or any allergies, please ask about ingredients prior to purchasing. We are not to be held responsible for an allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, and/or irritation you may incur from known, or unknown allergens.

Q:  What about shipping?

UPS GROUND SHIPPING  IS MON THROUGH WED!

We ship our products insulated with a reusable ice brick during the spring and summer or to warmer climates.  We also only ship on Mon-Wed so as to avoid if possible, your products sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.

We will ship only to the shipping address that you provide.  Please check this information carefully to avoid errors in shipping.  If you mistakenly use the wrong address,  you must contact UPS with your tracking information to try and rectify the issue. 
Currently Blush & Bashful Body Co. only ships to the lower 48 states of the  United States of America. 
The processing time for order completion is 6 business days not including weekends and a tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped.
