Life stays Life-ing doesn't it?!?!?! I don't always get an opportunity to share but when I can, I do. It's 2024 and this is starting out as the "truth-telling year" isn't it??? Or at least that's how it seems. In truth, 2023 was a tough year for me. Lot's of ups and downs and life. Here's something I learned.....you cannot pour from an empty vessel, you can't save everyone, and sometimes you've got to start by saving yourself and your peace. It's hard when you want to fix everything and can't. That's what I learned. So in 2024, I'm setting aside some time for self care, for not worrying so much, and for protecting my peace! I hope this year you'll protect your peace and maximize joy!
